Our Services

Our general medical practice provides you with a complete range of general medical care for all ages to Williamstown and the surrounding area.

General Appointment

You can make an in practive appointment online or by phoning the surgery. Standard appointments are for 10 minute consultations. Long consultations are available with your doctor by phoning our receptionist to book.



Family Appointment

If you want two or more family members seen, you can book one appointment per person online, or call to book an appointment and advise our receptionist so that adequate appointment time can be allocated.



TeleHealth

You can make video appointments by phoning the surgery. Standard appointments are for 10 minute consultations, long consultations are available with your doctor when you book.



Immunisation

Childhood immunisations are available at The Clinic. Don’t forget to bring along your child's yellow immunisation book and your Medicare card to enable the immunisation to be registered with the National Register of Immunisations.



Pap Smear

Tests are conducted by our doctors and can be booked for your convenience online, or call to book an appointment with a receptionist.



Recall

Our clinic has a computerised reminder system which routinely sends reminders for a range of health issues. If you do not wish to be recalled, please advise your doctor.



Pregnancy Test

Tests are conducted by our doctors and can be booked for your convenience online, or call to book an appointment with a receptionist.



Family Planning

Our doctors can discuss a range of family planning and health issues relating to pregnancy and your health. Book online, or call to book an appointment with a receptionist.



Home Visit

Home visits are made when necessary for regular patients. Please ring our receptionist before 12 noon if a home visit is required.



Nursing Home Visit

Nursing home visits are made when necessary for single or multiple patients. Please ring our receptionist to schedule a convenient time.



Travel Vaccination

Immunisations are provided, but you must make an appointment to discuss this with your doctor at least four weeks before your trip, and on your return should you become unwell during travel. Telephone advice regarding pre-travel vaccinations is not possible. We do stock most travel vaccinations at The Clinic.



Results

Your results are confidential between you and your doctor. You can call The Clinic to see if your results have come in and the reception staff will advise you of the doctors comment. This may be that no action is required or that the doctor will discuss these results with you at the next routine appointment. If you results are urgent then the staff will contact you to make a time.
