Our Fee Policy at The Clinic

New patient fees are $90 for a standard consultation on Mondays - Fridays.

Saturday Billing : $105 for a standard consultation for a new patient, $79 for all current patients. No Bulk billing is available on Weekends.

Any patient not seen in the last 3 years will be considered a New Patient and will need to pay the new patient initial consultation fee

Our fees are below the AMA recommended rates. Standard Consultations are charged at $79.00 and $130.00 for a long consultation.
Credit card and EFTPOS facilities are both available.
All new patients are charged for their first visit irrespective of what cards they have. Staff will advise you of any costs that might vary from the above.
Bulk Billing is available for Children under 16, Pensioners, Health care Card Holders, and Veteran Affairs card holders only after the initial visit. The first visit will be billed at the private rate.

No bulk billing is available on Weekends – all consultations will incur a private fee.

All new patients are charged for their first visit irrespective of what cards they have. Staff will advise you of any costs that might vary from the above.

Patients referred to Specialists or for Pathology tests and X-rays may incur out-of-pocket expenses as not all service providers Bulk-Bill. For more information you will need to check with the specialist.

Accounts need to be settled at the time of consultation, otherwise an administration fee of $10.00 will apply to all accounts not settled on the day of consultation

Normal fees apply for all consultations. The first visit will be billed at the normal rate. After the first visit, pensioners and health care card holders will generally be bulk billed for standard consultations.

Non-attendence Fee of $22.00 will be charged to patients who do not advise they are unable to keep their appointment.

Fees for Dr Lana Sturm

First Visit - $130

Level A Short Consultation - $50.00

Level B Standard Consultation - $79.00

Level C Long Consultation - $120.00

Dr Sturm will bulkbill Pension Card holders and Children under 16 after the first visit.

Health Care Card holders and all other patients are $79.
